Trac lets you commit through the normal svn committing.  If you're
looking for a way to commit your changes through the web, you're not
really using svn the right way IMHO.

That's why I ask. These sorts of tools are more for repositories than working copies. Shouldn't most committing be done in a local development environment you have at least command line access to?

I think making some web-based tool that does commits might potentially pose some security problems.
