Our company is building a social network, so we're shopping around for
software. Options include PHPizabi and PHPfox but neither is open
source. I like the idea of building on Drupal because of the large
community and open source license. This isn't a religious issue; I
simply think Drupal has more future and will cost us less over the
long run. However, it's not really social networking software, though
some people have done it.
Could anybody recommend software to create a social network? Or
alternatively is anyone familiar with Drupal development?
