What do you guys use for collaboration/product development between management and programmers and for bug tracking/collaboration between programmers?

I have tried them all, from @task [1] to Basecamp [2] and have found them all lacking. My biggest complaints are usability issues. I have also found that the more features that exist and the more complicated they are, the less they get used. @task for example is incredibly powerful and can nearly do anything you could imagine, but the learning curve is so high and usability quirky enough that no one uses it. I have also found that it is a waste of time to implement a system unless you have a dedicated project manager to police it's use and to monitor timelines and schedules.

My personal favorite is TasksPro [3].
