So I know this is no javascript users group, but I know you also probably
all use javascript, and I was wondering what difference the runat attribute
to a script tag really makes. For example if I set it to "server", then
does that mean that the scripts cannot affect the web page on the client
side? Or is that irrelevant? I know that "server" makes the javascript a
server-side script. But what does that mean? Or maybe I am misinformed...
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
