Of course we also need a more convenient, tablet-like laptop so you can read in the bathroom, bus, barber shop, etc.
I read book on my iPhone. =)
I think ebook readers will never catch on in mass. I am completely behind a paperless office, but I don't believe books will ever go away. I am as big of a computer/digital junky as it gets, but I won't read a novel on a screen.
I partially agree. I think books may stay around but more as a novelty. I have heard good reviews of the Kindle and I like the idea of being able to save space. Although, it is still a really good feeling to go to my bookshelf, pick up a book, smell the pages and flip through it. I think the book readers have a way to go but I think we will get there eventually. I think the book readers they have on Star Trek are just way too small. Although, after reading book on my iPhone I may have to revise that statement because it is not that bad. I guess it all comes down to what we are used to and what we are willing to become used to.
