Also, it seems that WebKit is part of the Safari browser, kind of. Their web site mentions that it is not a browser and can be embedded somewhere. If I downloaded it today, how could it be useful to me? Or, what could Iuse it for?
WebKit is the rendering (layout) engine that Safari uses in the same way that Firefox uses Gecko.
