Verio's managed VPS service is outstanding, and the customer service
they offer is far and away the best in the business. When I worked
there it was not unusual for us to help a customer troubleshoot a
script they'd written themselves. (Assuming the tech rep they got
knew the language it was written in.) If you're looking for a service
that won't require you to manage the nitty gritty details yourself,
you should definitely check out Verio.

I should add that Verio has a lot of options - what you're looking for
is the VPS servers that are supported out of their Orem office. I'm
not sure where that is on their web site, but if you're interested I
can stop by and ask someone. They're out at the old Novell/WP campus,
which is just a short walk from where I live.
