I did check there yesterday, and tried both converting the video to the specified formats/settings using HandBrake, mencoder, and ffmpeg, without any success. I also tried using the Media Sync software with their Desktop Manager as they describe, and it seemed like it was doing the transcoding okay, but ended up locking up when it got to the part where it was trying to put it on the phone. I was never able to find the resulting video file anywhere, and haven't had a chance to retry that yet with different videos etc.
