It's mysql_connect for the database connection, but upon further investigation, 
it appears that it's a web service that is cashing Apache to crash. The web 
service is to a server that then reads data from a database and then returns it 
through the service. This other database keeps crashing. It think that it's the 
web service stalling or timing out or something that is the issue. I'm going to 
need to do some more digging though.
