<humor> You forgot SCCS, sneakernet, the "send an email to your co-workers with the latest copy" revision control system, and hte "leave various versions on various servers" revision control system. You may laugh, but I've seen more of these than I care to admit in public. OK, so it's been a few years since I was forced to use SCCS, but the others should be debated.
