We use google apps for calendar, email, etc (we pay for it) and we combine
that with http://www.fogcreek.com/fogbugz/

if you don't like fogbugz, there's github issue tracker (good if you use
git)
or codebase (37 signals)

We like fogbugz because it meshes with the way we do agile / scrum
development

In the end, your project management system probably needs to match your
project methodology (scrum, waterfall, whatever)
