UPHPUers, We had a successful PHP TestFest 2017 meetup last month with 6 unique submitters from our group. PHP TestFest runs until the end of the year, so there is still time to submit PRs or make your first. With Hacktoberfest running (see https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/) this is a great chance to participate.
