Since I started what is now OpenWest, I'll chime in here and echo what Justin said. You definitely should and can talk about whatever you'd like. In past years, I've seen talks about conduct, diversity, etc. Talking about imposter syndrome would be a great topic in my opinion, so I hope you submit.
