Hi Everyone,
The new JA-SIG uPortal Developers mailing list is ready to be used -
"[email protected]". This list replaces the
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" list.
We have updated the "Existing Email Lists" page in the wiki to reflect
this - http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/x/40k. This page contains all
information for joining, leaving, archives, etc.
Archives from the old list have NOT been migrated over because of the
work involved in translating the different export/import formats between
the two systems. We will look into doing this at some point in the
future but for the time being, old list archives can still be accessed
in the old system if need be. The old list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) is still
operational; however, if you send a message there, it forwards directly
on through to the new list and the new list distributes the message to
everyone. If we migrate the archives over later on, we will most likely
want to think about eliminating the old list then.
