There's a utility MultivaluedPersonAttributeUtils in the persondirs
codebase in uPortal HEAD.
I find I'm needing to use the methods in that utility to implement a
stored-procedure-backed DAO instance for a client.
Can/should they be promoted to public methods? Should they not be
promoted there since this code is to be replaced by the standalone
PersonAttribute codebase in a future release (and so should this utility
method availability issue be addressed there?)
