I would like to request commit access to the uPortal project. I am
currently an architect who has been working on the Pearson project
(large scale uPortal deployment) for roughly the last two years. Until
fairly recently any bug fixes or enhancements that the Pearson team had
to contribute back to the uPortal community were funneled through
Andreas Christoforides or Cris Holdorph. Both have since moved on to
other projects and my attempt to snag a slice of Andrew Petro's time has
met with failure.... hence the request:)
For those of you that don't know me....
Am a Unicon employee (6+ years), have 8+ years of java development
experience, a degree in Computer Science from ASU and have lead
development efforts for the past 5 years for Cisco and Pearson
Education. Over the last 2 years I've been lucky enough to attend a
number of ja-sig conferences and have presented on a number of topics.
