Milestone 5 seems as good a solution as any -- README/release notes  
can probably make it sufficiently clear that it's not actually  
derived from M4.

Having said that I wonder if we should remove the sandbox-uP3 (going  
to take a while to get used to saying that) Maven artifacts out of  
the JA-SIG Maven Repo to prevent confusion, and since you can always  
rebuild them from source.

Also... /svn/up2/ doesn't really seem to make a lot of sense (esp.  
since it has tags & history going back to uP1) While we're moving  
everything around... I wonder if it makes sense to move to something  
like /svn/uportal ? and either .externals or something else (I'd hate  
to break the tags URLs, but maybe it's not a big deal?)
