With help of Chris Wagner, I tracked this problem down to if you turn on
the AJAX preferences in dlmContext.xml you will see a horizontal
scrollbar. It happens in Windows and Linux, Firefox and Internet
Explorer. If Ajax preferences are turned off, you do not see a
horizontal scrollbar.
