I'm working on testing http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/UP-1819 - see
the "Cernnunos error with HEAD of rel-2-6-patches" thread.
It may be specific to the Mac platform, I'm not sure. I'm going to run
a couple of additional tests for Drew.

A release candidate signals "feature completeness", makes a binary available
for easy downloading and testing, and provides a concrete artifact to talk
about and open issues against. It also defines a serious candidate for release
as uPortal 2.6.1 GA. There are a short list of known issues to be resolved
before GA, but it's a short list. Unless additional significant issues are
raised, this will be uPortal 2.6.1.

Since the GA release of uPortal 2.6.0, six issues have been addressed,
