Yeah, that's the one that seems to be biting people. The current
recommended workaround seems to be: fix the number of connections by
setting min/max/start to the same value, and set
timeBetweenEvictionRunsMillis to -1. We'll be rolling this change
into production tomorrow -- so I can update you in a day or 2 with
our experiences, though we were mostly experiencing issues under peak
load, so it might take a bit of time for me to say we're out of the
woods.
