I am the liaison for uPortal content for the JA-SIG conference coming up
in April. You have seen the call for proposals go by in the last day or
two. While you are thinking about what you might want to present, you
could fire creative sparks by joining with others on the conference wiki
discussing what could be done collaboratively between projects or among
participants in the same projects. The Fluid project folks have made a
great start there so I urge you to have a look at

and add your thoughts and ideas for uPortal related topics as well.
The conference is going to be a really exciting opportunity to interact
with others who work on community source projects in the higher ed
