Thomas,Unfortunately there isn't a current diagram for 2.6 or 3.0 and developer side documentation isn't that hot either, both are on my todo list for 3.0 but as always are unfortunately a lower priority than I would like. With this email though I've taken a few minutes to update the wiki with some notes related to JSR-168 and WSRP in 2.6 and 3.0 http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/UPC/uPortal+Architecture+Overview I realize this is a very sparse document but I'll work on flushing out the 3.0 docs as time permits. Also if you have specific questions I can answer those and update that page while doing so.
For other uPortal developers, If you have time it would be much appreciated if you could add sections with descriptions or diagrams for areas of the framework you are familiar with.
