Hello,
I'm testing uP3 updated from trunk on 3/27/08 and found the following
issues which I'm not sure if they are still in working progress:
Add Content:
I'm unable to add a selected channel on the "Browse Channels" tab. I
have to go to "Search" tab and add it from there.
Drag&Drop:
- My layout on "Welcome" tab is left wide and right narrow. After
moving a channel from right to left, and then move it back to its
original place, my layout is also changed to left narrow, right wide.
However, after a page refresh then it's OK.
- I'm unable to move a channel to another tab with drag&drop and also
with using the "User Preferences" page. The link to Move this channel
to a different location
<https://test-my.rutgers.edu/portal/tag.46e928d93b33257c.render.userLayoutRootNode.target.n10802.uP?action=moveChannel&elementID=n10894#n10802>
is missing from the "Options for modifying this channel:" list.
dbloader.xml
There are mapping configuration for older versions of Oracle JDBC
drivers in 'uportal-impl/src/main/resources/properties/db/dbloader.xml',
can we also include some of the later versions as well , such as
v10.2.0.3.0?
<db-type-mapping>
<db-name>Oracle</db-name>
<db-version>Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release
10.2.0.2.0 - 64bit ProductionWith the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining
options</db-version>
<driver-name>Oracle JDBC driver</driver-name>
<driver-version>10.2.0.3.0</driver-version>
</db-type-mapping>
browser.mappings:
- What is the final decision on whether or not to set a default profile
id or continue to allow user to select their browser profile?
CAS filter configuration in web.xml:
The following init param is only applicable for CASFilter, not
CASValidateFilter:
<init-param>
<param-name>edu.yale.its.tp.cas.client.filter.gateway</param-name>
<param-value>true</param-value>
</init-param>
Cache security context:
CacheSecurityContextFactory is only applicable for chaining with
SimpleSecurityContextFactory. Do we have any available implementation
for caching the password with CasFilteredSecurityContext?
Thanks,
Tuy.
