Hey folks,
This week at JHU I discovered a little surprise that lies in store for
people who export all their portal data from 2.6 and import it into uP3.
I wrote up a detailed JIRA and attached a patch:

I'd like to apply this enhancement to trunk & rel-3-0-patches.
For those who are curious, the uP3 upgrade at Johns Hopkins is going
well. We nailed down the bulk of the work on Tues, Wed, and Thurs of
this week. Today we're going to deploy it to the DEV environment here
and make sure all the existing portlets deploy and function properly.
