Hi,
We are making a portal for young peoples, and we would like to avoid
that they have access to modify their layout, all layout will be pushed
and it will be sufficient for us.
So I would like to know how we could hide the preference menu
(CUserPreference channel) to the main part of users, we would give the
access of this channel only to few users like layout_owners, admins and
some authorized peoples. Is this feature possible ? Is someone
integrated it ? How can we do that and where to do that ?
We are looking for the best solution...
We seen that this channel definition is without category, is it
sufficient if we give a category and we configure the rights ? or is it
more complicated, like to modify some java code + xslt ?
