r44496 contains a fix:
UP-2197 Updating Fluid javascript to include a fix for FLUID-1888. Drop
targets are now properly refreshed after columns are removed or added.
It changes one of the universality.xsl lines to:

src="{$SCRIPT_PATH}/fluid/Fluid-reorderer-0.6-r6203-v1.min.js"></script>
However, this file was not included in the commit. Please commit it.
