[uportal-dev] 3.1 RC planning

I would very much like to get a feature complete Release Candidate of 3.1 out by 2/25. This will let us have a feature complete code base that just needs more testing for a GA for the conference. With this in mind I would ask that all developers and anyone with an interest in bugs being fixed for 3.1 please review the following list of Jira issues:

If you have updates, comments or resolutions for any issues please include them on the issue and feel free to commit the corresponding fix into the code base. Also if there are issues you are concerned about that are not on that list please either set the fix-for version or let a developer know so they can. With the time frame I would also ask that all developers plan on having any pending feature work committed by 2/20 or plan on holding off until after the 3.1 release.
