Don't worry about it right now. Before the next GA release I'm going to use the Maven license plugin which will update the license headers on all of the files in the project to be consistent.

I was going to update the url.  However, this page:
http://www.uportal.org/license.html

No longer exists, and the forwarding page:
http://www.jasig.org/uportal

I am currently making changes to uPortal for the 3.1 release. I noticed this statement at the top of the theme files: Does not have an obvious link to license information, which is here: http://www.jasig.org/uportal/about/license

Should I update the statement to:

| available online at http://www.jasig.org/uportal/about/license

?

There may be other such statements in the uPortal source code files.
