[uportal-dev] 3.1.0-RC2 Plans

With all the great testing we've gotten on 3.1.0-RC1 I'd like to cut an RC2 to get these bug fixes out on Friday. If folks could take a look at the roadmap and see if there are any issues that could be fixed before about noon (central time) on Friday.
