First step is always a Jira issue and attach a .patch file. At this
point it probably makes sense for either you or Andy to get commit
access. Let me know who would be better suited to doing the commits and
I'll call a vote on it. One thing I'm very interested in is if this can
be a whole-sale replacement for the DLM User Preferences channel? It
would be great to be able to remove that whole huge chunk of code and
replace it with this.
