[uportal-dev] trunk and 3.1-patches code freeze

I'll be finishing up a few minor bugs this afternoon and then tagging the 3.1 GA release. I may not get to the tagging until Saturday some time so I would ask that everyone please refrain from making any commits against the trunk or 3.1-patches branches of uPortal. If you have something that you feel needs to get in prior to the release either email this list or catch me on IRC.
