The problem with changing the results of USER_INFO is the JSR-168 spec
PDF explicitly states that it returns Map<String, String> so we can't
change that at all. The spec was written before generics so the
interface doesn't document that. There are also specific rules about
what a null value for an existing key versus a missing key and such all
detailed in the spec.
