At this point I'm a few days behind on getting back into finalizing 3.3. I'm going to plan on cutting the release on 1/29 and sending out all the announcements on 2/1.

The branching is complete.

Since I know some folks are already working on 3.3 I'll also create a 3.2-patches branch later today and send a note when that is done. Once we have that people can start 3.3 work on trunk.
