[uportal-dev] obsolete page

The page in the wiki on Yale's document cache service is obsolete (https://wiki.jasig.org/display/UPC/Document+Cacher+service).  Yale no longer runs it and I don't believe anyone else ever did.  Should I just delete or is there any reason to archive it.  Another version of information about it is on the Yale wiki http://isa.its.yale.edu/confluence/display/YIP/Document+Cacher.  I advise just delete.
