I'll be putting together a full release notes page and an email to the user and dev lists on Monday. There will not be links off of jasig.org to these downloads though, as nice as it will be to have people playing with the code we don't want there to be any confusion about trying to use this release in a production environment or as a basis for an eventual 3.3 deployment. Lots of things will be changing before the RC
