In 2007 there was some discussion about a cool feature enhancement for
DLM...

In essence, the header/footer content from DLM fragments would be added
to the header/footer folders of the users who received those fragments.
Did anything ever come of it? I think my memory is off in this area...
I had thought Dustin from Yale added that feature, but it doesn't seem
to be happening that way currently.
