We have recently deployed uPortal 3.2.4 for evaluation purposes and configured CAS to authenticate against LDAP. We now want to examine the possibility of integrating uPortal with a number of custom Oracle Web Applications which authenticate against Oracle Internet Directory and are SSO-enabled using Oracle Singe Sing-On Suite. Our LDAP and Oracle Internet Directory are in-sync. I have researched our needs over the web but I couldn't find a comprehensive reference with technical instructions. My understanding is that we should configure (a) CAS to authenticate against Oracle Internet Directory, and, (b) CAS SSO with Oracle SSO. Are we looking towards the right direction? Is there a document or web-reference that we could use to try this out?
