[uportal-dev] Deploying Maven Artifacts

For Jasig developers that are project leads, or a person the project lead designates we can get you setup to deploy Maven artifacts to the central repository via Sonatype. If you are interested please read the following CAREFULLY. You can skip step 3 and simple email me your username and I'll request access.

The deployment process is fairly straight forward thought there are a few well defined and very important requirements so reading the above guide completely is very important. Also Jasig provides a shared parent pom that your project must inherit from before being deployed. Please read the following page on how to set up your project using the Jasig parent pom (which lists the Sonatype pom as its parent)
