[uportal-dev] 4.0.1 Code Freeze

I'm requesting a code freeze for trunk, I'm going to work on getting 4.0.1 cut tomorrow. I haven't seen much trunk activity this week so hopefully the late notice won't be a problem. If you have changes/fixes to get into trunk let me know either here or in IRC and we'll figure it out. I'll send another note tomorrow mid-day when I have the release cut.
