Dear all, I found feature "CUSTOMIZE" > Use It (Select a Portlet to Use) is very nice. I think we can learn this feature to design my application by break down into modules/functions as a portlet. Then I'll use a Navigation portlet works as a menu to display or hide portlet.
I want to verify this idea by going to develop a set of portlets following below requirement: The portlet package includes 3 portlets: Menu, AddStudent and "SearchStudent". The Menu portlet has 2 panels. The left panel contains 2 link items: "Add" and "Search". When the item "Add" is clicked, the right panel will display "AddStudent" portlet. When the item "Search" is clicked, the right panel will display "SearchStudent". Is there any advice or guide to implement this idea or above sample? Or explain the design of feature "CUSTOMIZE" in uPortal 4.
