Hi all,
We are trying to figure out logistics for the Summer Apereo conference 
(formerly known as the Jasig Sakai Conference). One of the things we want to 
accommodate is time and space for project collaboration. Traditionally we have 
had time after the proper conference for this. Do we want time for uPortal 
developers to gather on the Saturday before? Will we use the time Thursday 
afternoon and Friday? Take a look at this survey

thoughts on the list. I will then fill out the survey as far as uPortal is 
concerned once I see some general consensus.

We don't just want to book rooms and announce that meetings will be held if we 
aren't going to actually have people show up - so a primary factor in this 
discussion should be the likelihood of YOU actually being there to take 
advantage of the space.

So what time and space do you want?
