We have a very seasoned and capable Java developer here at Unicon who
has recently become quite involved with uPortal -- and whom we expect to
be even more involved going forward -- named James Wennmacher. He's
also been very active and helpful on the uportal-user, uportal-dev, and
portlet-dev lists... I hope several of you will recognize the name.
I'd like to nominate James for uPortal committer. You can look at some

James has submitted numerous pull requests to uPortal and Apereo
portlets. In particular, he played a big role in increasing the number
