This appear as bug in uportal 4.0.11 version. Please advice where we should
report this bug.

Found another bug in uportal4.0.11 version. if we login as admin and
navigate to *Admin Tools *> *Permissions Administration* >*uPortal
Permissions* > *View Permissions*
and click on delete. we get same error message.


   - Portlet Window ID: 20_n15_65
   - Channel Definition Name: Permissions Administration
   - Exception root cause message: *NoMatchingTransitionException: No
   transition found on occurence of event 'deletePermission' in state
   'showActivity' of flow 'permissions-administration' -- valid transitional
   criteria are array<TransitionCriteria>[activities, createPermission,
   editPermission] -- likely programmer error, check the set of
   TransitionCriteria for this state*



Please advice.
