I would like to make Respondr the default mobile theme in 4.1 so we
don't have to modify the mobile theme files to work on it locally; e.g.
so the change listed below is checked into the code (from
https://issues.jasig.org/browse/UP-3719).
This way anyone can see Respondr using a mobile agent string that
matches one of the patterns, or access the login page with a mobile
theme parameter; e.g.
http://localhost:8080/cas/login?service=http://localhost:8080/uPortal/Login?profile=mobile.
Later we can decide whether to have Respondr or Universality as the
default 'main' theme. Let me know if you have any concerns with this
approach.
To use the new Respondr theme:

1. modify the mobile theme to use the Respondr theme; e.g. change the
structure and theme to
<structure name="DLMTabsColumns"/>
<theme name="Respondr"/>
in
uportal-war/src/main/data/default_entitites/profile/defaultTemplateUser_mobileDefault.profile.xml
uportal-war/src/main/data/default_entitites/profile/system_mobileDefault.profile.xml
