I built a pre-1.5.0 release of fluid for testing Respondr with pre-1.5.0 fluid, jQuery 1.10.2, jQueryUI 1.10.3. There are a number of issues that will need to be worked through though.
On the positive, portlet drag and drop and tab drag and drop are now working. On the negative there are a number of other things that are not, some of which are documented in the resource server pull request. I've started to look into them, but I know others have an interest in kicking the tires and trying to resolve issues as well. I haven't written up Jira items for the things I've found yet, but I will do so tomorrow morning. I spent some time on that and set it aside to get a better idea in general of how well the new fluid will work. Since drag and drop is now working and jQuery 1.10.x appears to be OK (within the context of the issues I've noted so far), I think we will continue this path since Bootstrap 3 requires jQuery 1.9.x+ anyway.
