Hoping that someone can point us in the right direction.

We had the Portal Activity Portlet working for a while on our production
server.

The suddenly - a few months ago - the Portlet was no longer displaying
anything.  Statistics are also not working.

Software was updated during this time, I believe.  We are on 4.0.12
Snapshot now.  We use Oracle as our production database.

Any direction on what to do?  All is working in our local environments.
