Production my.wisc.edu, etc., are not (yet) built on 4.1. I don't think
we have any particular timeline for 4.1 adoption faster than

to the uPortal 4.1 manual, similar to the page in the uPortal 4.0
manual. As we come up with items that need to be done when migrating
to 4.1, please document them there unless there is a better place.
Laura you may want to wait a bit before we notify the uportal-users
group about this page as it is pretty rough and incomplete.
