Hi,
As previewed at Apereo camp and at the last uPortal community call, a
marketplace portlet has been in the works. The time has come where the
initial marketplace epic (https://issues.jasig.org/browse/UP-3955) is
complete. I've proposed a pull request to merge this code into master:

I would like to get this into 4.1, since there is a db schema change.

This is a 55 file, 40 commit, 3 contributor merge, so all feedback is
greatly appreciated!
