I know I asked this one previous time, but I don't recall the answer ...
Can we remove from uPortal the snapshot repositories?
sonatype-nexus-snapshots
(https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots),
apache-snapshots (http://repository.apache.org/snapshots)
I don't think we should EVER get a dependency fulfilled from one of
these repos, at least in our use cases. Am I missing something?
