Hi Christian, Your assessment is correct. We couldn't find a really good spot for greetings and felt it cluttered the UI on smaller screens. Also we don't use notifications yet in our instance of the portal. I think it works well for us. We also have a little JavaScript function that will move the user to navigation bar if they are further down on the page, this way they don't have to scroll and find it.
